The website is an e-commerce platform that offers (among other things) various products for sale.

These terms may change from time to time, and it is the user’s responsibility to stay updated by reviewing them each time they access the website. Browsing or using the website in any manner constitutes of agreement to these terms and a commitment to comply with them. It is clarified that these terms form a legally binding agreement and obligate the user in all their interactions with the website.
These terms apply to the use of the website and the services offered through it on any computer or other communication device (such as mobile phones, tablets, etc.). They also apply whether accessed via the internet or any other network or communication means.
The use of masculine pronouns in these terms is for convenience only, and the terms apply equally to all genders.
The services offered through the website are subject to the conditions detailed in these terms.

The business and website management make every effort to present complete and comprehensive information about the products, including images. Notwithstanding the above, it should be noted that inadvertent errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur on the website in good faith and without intent to mislead. The business, website management, and the website itself shall not bear any responsibility arising from such inaccuracies or errors.

The product images displayed on the website are for illustration purposes only. Additionally, there may be differences in appearance, shade, size, and so forth between the product as presented on the website and the actual product.

Services

The website offers the sale of 3D models and 3D printing services for models submitted by customers.
Services may be ordered by contacting the website management, subject to availability and geographic location.
Service availability is subject to the time scheduled with the website management. The date recorded in the business’s systems shall be deemed as the definitive date for all intents and purposes.
Service prices are VAT-exempt in accordance with tax laws for a “small business.”
The website management reserves the right to discontinue services at any time.
Eligibility to use the website is granted to any individual aged 14 or older. Orders may be placed by those with an active bank account and/or a valid credit card, as well as a functional email address provided during the purchase process. A minor placing an order will be deemed to have obtained parental or guardian consent to make the purchase on the website.

Purchase

After adding products to the shopping cart, the customer will fill out the designated online form during the order process with the following details: first name, last name, phone number, email address, as well as the recipient’s details, including first name, last name, phone number, city, street, house number, floor, apartment, entrance, and any additional identifiable information to assist the delivery personnel. This may include comments or delivery instructions, such as cases where the recipient is not at home. Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory, and the order cannot be completed without them.

To prevent shipping errors, the customer must provide accurate and correct information.

When completing the order, the customer confirms the order details and the accuracy of the information provided.

Filling out all the required details by the customer constitutes order placement. Upon receiving the order, the website will verify the credit card details. Only after approval from the credit card company and/or PayPal, as detailed below, will the transaction be approved and a final order confirmation issued.

The customer will be charged for the product via credit card and/or PayPal account as detailed below, subject to the availability of the products in the company and website inventory.

The details provided in the order form by the customer shall constitute conclusive evidence of the correctness of the actions.

Payment Method for Orders

Payment for products will be made via credit card or electronic wallet services such as PayPal or any similar service available for use on the website, at the discretion of website management.
If the customer chooses to use a credit card for payment, they will be required to provide credit card details, ID number, card type, and expiration date. If the customer chooses to pay via PayPal, the company will only collect payment after receiving approval from PayPal. The use of and approval from PayPal is subject to PayPal’s terms of use.
Website management reserves the right to discontinue the use of any payment method on the website, allow additional payment methods, and apply different payment arrangements to various credit card types or payment methods accepted by website management.
After entering the payment details in the online order form, an acknowledgment of order receipt will be sent to the customer via email. It is clarified that this acknowledgment does not obligate website management to supply the ordered products; it only indicates that the order details have been received by website management.
Immediately after order placement, website management will verify the payment method used by the customer. An appropriate notice will be sent to the customer confirming the order, and their account will be charged for the service cost.
In cases where the transaction is not approved by the credit card company or PayPal, or any other payment method available at the time, the customer will receive an appropriate notice, and website management will contact the customer to complete or cancel the transaction.
The confirmation of the purchase transaction is subject to the availability of the purchased product in stock at the requested delivery date and the order date. If it is not stated that the product is out of stock and it has not been removed from the website by the order date, website management will not be obligated, provided that it refunds the customer any amount paid or cancels the charge if it has been made.
It is clarified that there may be instances where, despite the product being displayed on the website as in stock, it is not actually available. In such cases, the transaction will be canceled, and the customer will have no claims in this regard, provided that the amount paid by the customer is refunded.
The delivery date will be determined from the date of transaction approval by the credit card company, PayPal account, or any other approved electronic wallet service.
If the customer was mistakenly overcharged by the credit card company, they must notify website management for a refund.

Delivery

Most products on the website are ready for shipment within 7 business days.

You can choose the type of delivery: self-pickup from collection points across the country or home delivery.

Shipping costs are as shown on the payment page.

Product delivery by the website will only occur after receiving payment approval from the credit card company and/or PayPal account, meaning the product has been paid for, as detailed above. The product will be delivered to the address entered and/or provided by the customer at the time of ordering through the online form.

The website is committed to delivering the goods within the specified delivery timeframe for the requested destination and will do its best to ensure the product arrives quickly.

The site administration will do its best to deliver the products quickly and within 14 business days from the order’s reception and confirmation if shipped via registered mail, and within 5 business days if shipped by courier.

Delivery times include only business days (Sunday through Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, and holiday eves).

Deliveries made via the shipping company selected by the website administration are subject to the shipping company’s terms, delivery zones, and coordination with the recipient in advance.

If the shipping company is unable to deliver to the specified address for any reason, the website administration will notify the customer and will work to find an alternative solution that satisfies both parties.

In cases where products are delivered via Israel Post to the address provided by the customer at the time of the order, the products will be shipped subject to Israel Post’s delivery times, which are not under the control of the website administration and/or suppliers.

The specified delivery times do not apply to products that are out of stock on the website and/or the relevant supplier’s stock.

Deliveries are made by a courier company, and the terms of the courier company will apply to the customer.

Shipping Fees –

In addition to the price of the ordered products, the customer will be charged for shipping fees, the amount of which will be displayed at the end of the ordering process, based on the delivery method selected by the customer, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping fees will be paid together with the payment for the product, in installments via credit card and/or PayPal account. The website may charge the shipping fees along with the first payment.

The website is not responsible for any delay and/or failure to deliver the products caused by any of the following reasons:

Force majeure, including but not limited to war, military operation, emergency operation, natural disasters, strikes, and general shutdowns or issues with service providers or suppliers of goods necessary for production, delivery, or shipment of the product.

Any reason not under the website’s control and/or the company’s control.

A situation related to the courier operation.

The customer must immediately notify the website if the product was not delivered within the specified delivery period. In such cases, the new delivery time will be calculated from the day the new delivery date is scheduled.

It is important to fill in accurate and up-to-date details. If the products are returned to the company due to incorrect details, the customer will bear the cost of shipping and handling fees.

Cancellation

Cancellation policy and product returns in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 2010 and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

It is possible to cancel a service ordered for a customer as long as the order has not entered production or been dispatched. Order cancellation will be possible within 24 hours from the order’s placement, provided the order has not been shipped.

In case of cancellation of services subject to the conditions, the customer will not be charged for the service.

No refunds will be provided for services that have been completed.

The website reserves the right to cancel an order’s delivery to a user with a notice of two hours in advance. In such a case, the user will have no claim against the website.

A notice of cancellation or interruption from the company will be given to the user, and the company will not charge the user’s credit card or refund any amounts paid for the products, if applicable.

The business reserves the right, at its sole discretion, for any reason, and at any time, to cancel or stop a transaction, sale, or order, in whole or in part, and/or to suspend the website’s activity, in whole or in part.

A notice of cancellation or interruption will be given to the user or the customer, and the business will prevent charging the customer’s credit card or refund any amounts paid for the products, if applicable.

Except for the return of the transaction amount as described, the user or customer will have no claim, lawsuit, or demand against the business and/or the supplier for the cancellation as described in this section.

If it is discovered that a product is out of stock, the website may cancel the order or offer an equivalent substitute. In the case of cancellation, the website will not be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damage caused to the customer or a third party, including but not limited to the cost of purchasing the item from a third party at a higher price.

All intellectual property rights, including patents, copyrights, distribution rights, models, designs, and trade secrets, are the property of the business alone or third-party entities that have granted the website administration permission to use them.

These rights apply to the data on the website, including the product list, descriptions, and designs of the products, as well as any other detail related to its operation.

These rights also apply to the website name “adamneve3dlab”. Trademarks (whether registered or not) are all owned by the business. No use of these trademarks is allowed without written permission from the business.

No linking to non-homepage content from the website (deep linking) or displaying/publishing such content is allowed unless the deep link goes to the full page on the website as it is, allowing for identical viewing and use, and this is done with the consent of the website administration.

The website administration reserves the right to revoke deep links even after granting permission, at its sole discretion. In such cases, the user will have no claim or demand against the website administration.
