  • Where do we ship to?

We ship almost worldwide – please check the list of countries we ship to when placing an order

  • Where are we located?

We create everything on our site in our lovely studio in Rehovot, Israel

  • When will my order ship?

For every order, there is a processing time of a week after the order is placed

  • How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Worldwide orders can take up to 3-4 weeks.

Orders in Israel will take about a week.

  • Is there a tracking number for my order?

Almost all shipments have a tracking number. You will receive the tracking number via email within one day of placing an order.

  • How do I track my order’s shipping progress?

After receiving the tracking number, you can track your order on the shipping company’s website.

  • My order is incomplete/did not arrive/arrived with a damaged item. What should I do?

We do our best to make sure it won’t happen, however, if your order is incomplete or you’ve received the wrong item, please email us at: Adam.and.eve3dlab@gmail.com

  • Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

As long as the order hasn’t shipped yet, it is possible to place a different address by sending the new address to our email: Adam.and.eve3dlab@gmail.com

  • Are there any specific care instructions for this product?

Don’t place the product where there’s high humidity or direct sunlight.

  • What is your return and exchange policy?

We are accepting credit cards / PayPal
